Expansion Joints

실외 설치의 경우는, Expansion Joints(팽창 연결?)은 70피트 이상의 직선 덕트의 런에 설치되어햐 합니다. ATS에서는 EPDM으로 만들어진 팽창연결을 권장합니다. EPDM은 자외선 차단뿐만 아니라 알카리성 및 산성에 대한 부식저항력도 제공합니다. 덕트를 통해 전달되는 진동을 최소화하기 위해 덕트와 스크러버 그리고 팬의 연결은 EPDM flexible 커넥터가 권장됩니다.

ATS FXP™ 덕트의 열평창 계수: 2.0 X in/in X 10-5 X 덕트의 Δ°F(주변온도 아님)

예시: 화씨 100도에서 100피트 = 2.0 X 1200” X .00001 X 100 = 2.4인치

중요참고사항: Δ°F는 주변온도가 아닌 덕트내부의 온도변화 입니다.

ATS StaticSafe Duct™ 확장의 이해에 사용되는 규칙으로서는 화씨 100도당 100피트당 3인치의 온도 변화입니다.  이는 섭씨 37.75온도의 변화 당 75mm에 해당하는 것과 동일합니다.
