The corrosion-resistant interior liner consists of a synthetic veil and glass reinforcement, saturated with a chemically-resistant vinyl ester resin. This corrosion-resistant interior is contained within an exterior structural shell made using ATS\u00e2\u0080\u0099 firesafe proprietary phenolic resin. ATS FXP\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 was specifically designed to exhaust robotic wet benches, gas cabinets, tanks, photo resist, dry etchers and other processes common in semiconductor fabrication facilities. Available in standard brown or optional white or gray colors. (Other colors available on request.)<\/p>\n<p>ATS FXP\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 is easily assembled using the ATS H-Collar\u00e2\u0084\u00a2, the ATS Internal Beaded Slip Collar\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 or flanges, including the ATS Van Stone Flange\u00e2\u0084\u00a2. The ATS H-Collar\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 and ATS Internal Beaded Slip Collar\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 maintain the integrity of the ATS FXP\u00e2\u0084\u00a2\u00e2\u0080\u0099s corrosion resistance by providing a continuous corrosion barrier on the inside of the duct. The duct shall be resistant to the chemicals in use.The duct shall also be resistant to the following:\n<ol>\n<li>Sulfuric Acid 75% @100\u00c2\u00b0F<\/li>\n<li>Nitric Acid 20% @100\u00c2\u00b0F<\/li>\n<li>Sodium Hydroxide 50% @100\u00c2\u00b0F<\/li>\n<li>Hydrofluoric Acid 20% @100\u00c2\u00b0F<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Approvals\n<ol>\n<li>The duct shall be approved under:<\/li>\n<li>Factory Mutual #4922 Standard, including smoke removal approval, and<\/li>\n<li>Factory Mutual #4910 Standard for use in cleanrooms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Joints\n<ol>\n<li>Joints should be made using ATS H-Collar\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 with ChemBond\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 Putty\/Resin.<\/li>\n<li>(Optional) Joints can also be made using ATS Internal Beaded Slip Collar\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 with ATS Van Stone Flanges\u00e2\u0084\u00a2, ATS ISO Flanges\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 and\/or ATS ChemBond\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 Putty (interior) and a boat cloth wrap with ATS ChemBond Resin\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 (exterior), where job site conditions will not allow the use of the ATS H-Collar\u00e2\u0084\u00a2.<\/li>\n<li>Joints shall be made according to ATS Manufacturer\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Installation Instructions (see Section 4 &#8211; <i>Installation<\/i>).<\/li>\n<li>Joining compound shall be ATS ChemBond\u00e2\u0084\u00a2 Putty\/Resin.\n<ol>\n<li>Manufacturer should show proof of ten years field experience including joining resin\/putty.<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturer shall supply test reports showing suitability of using joining materials in cleanrooms.<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturer shall supply test reports on the joining system for flexural, tensile, shear, and peel strength.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Live Taps:\n<ol>\n<li>Duct system should be such that branches can be applied on operating system with less than 1% pressure loss upstream:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Drains\n<ol>\n<li>Provide duct drains in the bottom of all main and branch ducts larger than 12 inches in diameter or as shown on the drawings to allow removal of condensate.
